Terms & Conditions

This website is published by Unison Talent Management, Kampala, Uganda. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it and quote it with attribution. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, to gain access to parts of it that are not public, or to use the contact and newsletter forms to send bulk or automated messages.

We keep the site accurate and current, and we write about services and programmes in general terms. Details such as programme dates, formats and fees can change, and what appears here is not an offer.

Nothing on this site is professional advice for your particular situation. If you need advice, talk to us.

Sending an enquiry or a training request through this site starts a conversation. It does not reserve a place and it does not create a contract.

A booking exists once we have confirmed it to you in writing, and the terms of that engagement, including fees, cancellation and rescheduling, are the ones set out in that written agreement rather than on this page.

The text, photographs, marks and design of this site belong to Unison Talent Management or to the people we licensed them from. Please ask before republishing any of it.

Where we link somewhere else, we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

We take care over this site but we cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed.
